TECHAGRO 2018 trade fair

The TECHAGRO fair in Brno took place in early April and it was attended by 112,646 visitors. The ZETOR stand at the P pavilion looked as if all the visitors came to see the ZETOR tractors.

The biggest news presented by ZETOR to the public at TECHAGRO were the UTILIX and HORTUS model series, that is tractors of the 40 to 70Hp segment. The tractors are characterized by their versatility and could be used in municipal services, at small farms, in orchards, nurseries, by small holders etc.

The MAJOR with its new design deservedly attracted attention of all guests. The first mass-produced tractor with an attractive facelift will be launched in summer this year. The media coined the company’s design vision most sexy, would you agree?

ZETOR marked the 20th anniversary of its FORTERRA model series at the TECHAGRO fair by a special labelling referring to the fact that a total of 21,500 tractors were manufactured in 20 years of its existence and sold to more than 55 countries in the world.

The FORTERRA HD is not easily worn down. Visitors at the fair could learn about its modernized version with the 40 ECO transmission able to save up to 18 % in operating costs. The saving was proven in a test under real conditions.

We used the opportunity and invited journalists from Europe to a press briefing. We prepared a two-day programme during which they visited the fair and the ZETOR stand, saw the ZETOR TRACTORS a.s. facilities and tested ZETOR tractors in field.

Even the little ones had a field day at the ZETOR stand. They were most interested in testing out ZETOR tractors while playing the Pure Farming game.
