ZETOR TRACTORS a.s. is introducing a new Manual for operators of e-shops offering genuine ZETOR spare parts. The manual establishes consistent rules for presenting the brand and takes effect on 1 October 2026.

Its main purpose is to ensure transparent customer communication and a clear distinction between genuine and non-genuine spare parts. The document covers the use of the ZETOR name and logo, the separation of product categories, product labelling and descriptions, catalogue numbers, photographs and packaging, as well as informing customers about the potential risks associated with using non-genuine parts.

The rules apply not only to e-shops themselves, but also to product pages, catalogues, online marketplaces, comparison websites, social media, newsletters, advertisements, PDF offers and printed materials.

The manual is intended for all partners and e-shop operators offering genuine ZETOR spare parts. Following these standards will help protect the reputation of the ZETOR brand, ensure consistent presentation and provide customers with clear information about the origin of every product offered.
