We regularly hold various thematic exhibitions on the first floor of the museum. Currently, you can see a collection of unordinary wooden models, which owes its origin to the ZETOR brand.

ZETOR TRACTORS celebrates its 76th anniversary this year. During that time, more than 1.3 million tractors left the production lines and the ZETOR brand became a legend that affected the lives of several generations. An example is the story of Martin Navrkal, an architect, designer, and especially the author of the Vrky models. And it was ZETOR, specifically the legendary ZETOR 25 model, that led Mr. Navrkal to the design and production of wooden models.

Today his company VRKY SPOLU s.r.o. manufactures kits of cars, trucks, buses, tractors, and aircraft of world-famous Czech and foreign brands. The popularity of Vrky kits lies in the fact that they are developed and manufactured in such a way that their construction is easy and the models can be assembled without the need for special tools and skills.

So, make a note in your calendar and visit the exhibition Make VRKY Models, Not War, which takes place in the ZETOR GALLERY. You will find out not only how ZETOR brought Mr. Navrkal into the world of models, or how such wooden kits are made, but mainly, you will take a closer look at unconventional wooden models of well-known world manufacturers. In cooperation with GoodShape company, we have created a commented audio guide for you with a total of 19 stops. Everything works very simply. The audio guide will then take you back through the time-rich history of the ZETOR brand from the legendary ZETOR 25 to the current models from the company’s portfolio, including the ZETOR by Pininfarina design concept. The concept was introduced in 2015 and the world’s media wrote about it as the sexiest tractor in the world. It is still possible for groups of more than 10 people to arrange a guided tour by our trained staff. Reservations must be made in advance in our reservation system.
