The Board of ZETOR TRACTORS a.s. was extended by two members: David Kollhammer, Strategic Division Director, and Milan Kuneš, Quality Division Director, were appointed in the structure of the highest body of the Company. In total, there are seven members of the Board.
Appointing the new professionals in the Board is another step in the aim of ZETOR TRACTORS a.s. to strengthen the positions of the ZETOR brand at home and mainly abroad in order to successfully face global situation.
‘Since 2013, total sales of farming tractors in Europe have been decreasing, affecting all brands and manufacturers. ZETOR undertakes a number of steps to strengthen its positions. We are expanding to markets where the brand had not been present before, we are extending and innovating our product portfolio and we are also working hard to implement the new attractive design of our tractors into serial production. We have also focused on strengthening the highest management of the Company,’ says Martin Blaškovič, Chairman of the Board, ZETOR TRACTORS a.s.
David Kollhammer is highly experienced in the area of Research and Development. He has worked in ZETOR TRACTORS a.s. for over 10 years working in different positions: he held the position of Technical Director and since 2016 he has worked as Strategic Division Director. He is responsible for the elaboration and execution of the strategy of the Company.
Milan Kuneš is Quality Division Director; he has long experience in quality in the area of automotive. He joined ZETOR TRACTORS a.s. in late 2016 coming from the Magna Europe Company where he held the position of Quality Director for Europe. He has got 20 years of experience in the field; he started in lower position working his way up to European managing structures in the area of quality.
Appointing the new members into the Board is not the only extension of the staff with professionals. Last autumn, Robert Todt, Sales and Marketing Director, and Petr Váradi, Technical Director, joined ZETOR TRACTORS a.s. Robert Todt has got 20 years of experience in Škoda Auto a.s. where he worked in executive management e.g. in Russia and China. Petr Váradi has been working in the area of development and design coming to ZETOR TRACTORS a.s. from Way Industries a.s. Company which is involved in the development of skid-steer loaders.
